Title: fun over and over!
Review: My son loves this kit! He is 3 yrs old and everything in the kit he can do. We use this at the dining table during breakfast and it’s easy for him to use while I’m around or doing things. The pieces are durable in toddlers hands (and on the floor) and the pieces are big enough to not be choking hazards for my little one.

Title: Fun and easy way to learn
Review: This NUMBER HUNTER game is a fun and engaging way to learn and/or practice easy math facts. I use it with my first grade grandson to increase his memorization of math facts. The game is a good alternative tool to worksheets and flashcards for learning math facts. The game is bright and entertaining. Have fun while learning math facts when playing this game.

Title: My kindergartner loves it!
Review: This is a fun way for young kids to practice their math facts. Every roll of the dice allows kids to solve either an addition or subtraction problem to see how far to go on the board. Additionally, they may land on a challenge space. The tasks on the challenge cards are often fun and will get kids moving, ex. running in place for 15 seconds or jumping side to side 8 times. Other cards are more math-related and will have a player move an extra space for rolling an odd (or on other cards an even) number, or players will have to find and count animals on the board and solve a math problem to earn extra spaces. All the challenge cards follow the adventure theme of the game. One thing that kids may find frustrating is that surprisingly often the dice total is zero, such as when you roll the minus sign and the numbers are the same, ex. 5-5. On the other hand, you can end up with very large totals, such as rolling 5+6 or 6+6. The game is very much luck-based.My kindergartner loves the game and wants to play again and again. Usually we’re playing at least two or three games in a row. Overall, it’s a fun and educational alternative to traditional board games and seems to especially be geared towards kindergarten and first grade with the math facts used in the game.

Title: Love this family oriented game for elementary age kids!
Review: I was looking for a game to take to an event with 14 kids of all ages. My 6 year old grandchild is learning to add and subtract so I played this by myself to see how I think he will do with it….its a winner! The addition and subtraction can be done with using your fingers if you are just learning or can be done by memory if you are older. The directions are clear, the game board is fun and vibrant and heavy duty. The challenge cards give this game a fun spin. Depending on where you are on the game board (dessert, arctic, ocean, jungle, mountains) , you choose a challenge card from that area and follow the directions. Run away from a wolf, impersonate an animal but you must do it silently, Count the number of turtles, etc. Not too hard for a younger kid but fun for older ones too.Just enough skill to be a challenge while at the same time fun for many ages. I would purchase this again and it would make a nice gift. Very well constructed and thank you, thank you that the box is not flimsy but will hold up for years. Great quality and well thought out. Makes learning fun!

Title: Love it!
Review: I ordered this to play with my 4 year old. I do have to help him with each equation, but it’s a great introduction to simple addition and subtraction. The challenge cards are our favorite part. The actions on them are typically a physical challenge (roll the dice and jump that many times, pretend to be an animal, etc) and if you’re able to perform it you move ahead. I think it would be even better if there were more challenge card spaces (stars) as sometimes you can play the entire game and never pick up a card or only do so one or two times. I may just add star stickers to the board to fix this.In any case, it’s a great game – fun, simple, beautifully illustrated and not too long for young children’s attention spans.

Title: Fun learning game that incorporates physical activity
Review: I got this to play with my four year old and love games that also incorporate math learning. This is a fun game that uses word problems to incorporate math which is great, my daughter doesn’t like games that are just doing equations over and over. These cards include different problems around spotting animals or completing a task. Makes it more storylike and fun for kids. I really like that there are active elements in some of the cards also. Some cards include jumping, standing on one foot, spinning around etc.The game itself is a good size, not oversized and won’t take a ton of shelf space. It’s fun to play and engaging for kids. The designs on the board are cute and everything feels like it’s good quality. The only thing I would change are the game pieces, it would be nice if they were animals to fit with the theme. Overall I’m really happy with this game.
