Preschool Learning & Education

【Wooden Number Tracing Board】 The math learning set includes 10 number tracing boards from 1 to 10, 55 wooden balls as counters, a storage tray for holding small balls, a wooden pen and a tweezers. An educational toy to help young children practice number recognition, how to form numbers by themselves. Great for early cognitive development.
Montessori Inspired Math Material】 These wooden number boards offer a multi- sensory experience designed especially for preschool kids. On the left side, they can use their fingers or attached pen to practice forming the shapes of numbers. On the right side, they can fill the dimples with wood balls (or other materials) to match the number of items to the written numeral.
【Assist Toddler’s Development】 Children will have so much fun tracing the numbers, placing the balls and counting the numbers, whilst refining their fine motor skills and strengthening their hands in preparation for writing. Math learning becomes a fun and hands-on game, perfect for Kindergarten or Montessori home learning and play.
【Quality Wood Material and Safe Toys】 Crafted from natural solid beech wood, smooth to touch without any worry of getting splinters. Made especially with children in mind, the educational toy is sturdy and coated with child-safe finish.
【Great Gift for Montessori Kids】 By using these boards, your child will see the relationship between what the number looks like and how many objects are included with it. Spend quality and creative time with your kid, guiding them and advising them, with this thoughtfully designed and lovingly made educational toy.

Review: We love these! My 3 year old is able to comprehend and it is useful for her to use while the rest of her siblings do their school.

Title: Lots of learning!
Review: I am visiting my just turned TWO year old grandson. I bought these while I am visiting because he is SO SMART! I want him to start grasping the idea of ‘numbers’ being ‘quantity’ … I believe he is getting it! Of course, I play with him, let him put the wooden marbles in the divots, he LOVES the number seven ?!? He is not able to use the tweezers to pick up the marbles, that will come with more muscle memory. But he definitely has fine motor enough to gently pick up the marbles and place them in the wooden board. This is a great learning tool for him with adult supervision ! We had a ton of fun! Well worth the money!

Title: My son asks to play with this new toy every day
Review: I got this for my daughter-in-law, and the following is her review:My son asks to play with this new toy every day. The downside is that since he has a younger brother, it can’t be played with when he is awake because the balls are a huge choking hazard and easily fall on the ground. My son loves using the included tweezers to arrange the balls on each number board. He’s two years old and doesn’t do the tracing unless I’m there to help him. He loves placing the balls down and then counting the amount. It’s great for his learning and motor skills. He gets pretty frustrated when the balls fall off, but that’s a normal thing and a great teaching moment!

Title: Surprisingly fun for my daughter!
Review: My daughter is 2, but she is getting a lot of enjoyment out of this product, despite it being marketed for 3 and up. This is durable, self correcting, no errors, number learning for her. The edges aren’t rough and I’m not worried about splinters. The balls could be a choking hazard though, so don’t let a child under 4 use it unsupervised, even if you think they won’t mouth something, you never know. It’s also a great way for her to practice her fine motor skills. All of the numbers and “dips” to put the balls match. I didn’t think my daughter would have that much fun with it, but she likes to sit and use it while I am working next to her on my laptop. It kills some time. Obviously, it takes an engaged adult (or older child) to model counting and the number names and orders at first. They catch on quickly though!

Title: Great for Teaching One-to-One Correspondence
Review: There is no color pattern with beads included, so this covers Montessori concepts, but it would have been better to leave the beads unpainted. I will use leftover spray paint to align them with Montessori bead colors (1-red, 2-green, 3-pink, 4-yellow, 5-light blue, 6-purple, 7-white, 8-brown, 9-royal/navy blue, 10-gold) for control of error. With that said, this is still a great learning resource to teach one-to-one correspondence. It is made of wood (true to Montessori) and the finish is smooth. I highly recommend this set. The tongs work great for fine-motor reinforcement, and the stylus is great for practicing number formation. Do not hesitate to get this.
